The Fire Service commissioned Litmus to undertake research to explore social marketing approaches using digital channels to improve the safety behaviours of older people aged 65 years and over. This research builds on previous Fire Service research focusing on vulnerable audiences, the use of digital media, and how effective it might be in conveying fire safety messages.
