Project description

The Pacific Islands AIDS Foundation, founded in July 2002, is a not-for-profit regional organisation advocating for people living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) in the Pacific Region.
The New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade provided core funding support to PIAF from 2003 to July 2010. MFAT commissioned Litmus to undertake an independent review of core funding support of PIAF.
