Chelsea is a Director of Aiko Consultants Limited and has over 20 years public policy, Kaupapa Māori research and evaluation experience. Chelsea has experience leading a range of Kaupapa Māori evaluations in health, education and the social sector.
Chelsea has worked in partnership with Litmus for several years on health and education projects. Litmus staff have also supported Aiko Consulting on Kaupapa Māori research and evaluation.
Chelsea holds a PhD in Māori Education from Te Tumu Herenga Waka | Victoria University of Wellington.
