Lanuola has over 25 years’ experience in Pasifika research and evaluation. Lanuola brings a Pasifika lens to research and evaluation. Lanuola is committed to working on projects that improve outcomes for Pasifika New Zealanders and those living in the Pacific.
Lanuola has worked with Litmus over the last four years on research and evaluation in health and social sector. She has worked and advised on projects relating to health and wellbeing, immunisation and placed-based initiatives.
Lanuola has a PhD in Social Science Research from Victoria University of Wellington.
