Phoebe values how research and evaluation helps connect policy and decision-makers to the everyday realities of diverse communities. “I love the chance to have conversations that matter.” Phoebe is driven by a passion for systems change, particularly around regenerative food. When not working, you can find Phoebe with her hands in the soil at Kaicycle Urban Farm teaching locals how to grow kai.
Phoebe grew up on the shores of the Waitematā in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. She is a seventh generation Pākehā of Scandinavian, English and Scottish descent. She has a Bachelor’s of Arts and Science from the University of Auckland and a Permaculture Design Certificate. Phoebe is conversationally fluent in te reo Māori.
