Litmus has field experience in over 15 Asia and Pacific countries, including Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Fiji, Vanuatu, Timor-Leste, Samoa, Tonga, Tokelau, Tuvalu, Nauru, Kiribati, New Caledonia and Vietnam.

We have multi sectoral experience in health, HIV&AIDS, education, policing, transport, economic development, anti-corruption, and institutional strengthening.

We are skilled in undertaking mid-term reviews, process and impact evaluations, concept notes, design documents, results frameworks, monitoring and evaluation plans, national strategic plans, communications plans and toolkits.

We are experienced in applying OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC) criteria and evaluating cross cutting issues of gender, human rights, child protection, disability and the environment to evaluation.

We use storytelling and other participatory approaches.  Our approaches are inclusive of women, young people, disabled people and rural communities.
