Her work includes strategic and multi-year projects across many sectors. Innately curious and resourceful, she loves to design and lead research and evaluation teams to provide robust analysis, guidance and advice.
At Litmus Sandar leads a talented and creative team of social researchers and evaluators. She enjoys developing the team, and encouraging them to put themselves in someone else’s shoes to view complex environments openly, courageously and creatively.
When not working, Sandar enjoys travelling, or when home, creating something from nothing. She has been recognised for making the world’s best marmalade.
